Grant Black
A former professional baseball player and current Lennar new-home sales professional, Grant values the friendships, generosity, and sense of community that keep Arkansas whiskey enthusiasts connected.
Originally from Newport, Grant Black now lives in Little Rock, where he helps people find brand-new homes through his work with Lennar.
Grant’s bourbon journey began while he was playing professional baseball. One of his older teammates was a serious bourbon enthusiast who would take the younger players out to eat and introduce them to different bourbons. Grant quickly developed an appreciation of his own and has now been active in the whiskey community for about three years.
What has kept him involved, however, is the people. Grant has built friendships with individuals from every walk of life and has been continually impressed by the community’s willingness to step up whenever someone needs help. As an ABH admin, he values the opportunity to connect people, welcome new enthusiasts, and help strengthen a statewide community that genuinely shows up for its members.
